Weekly Sales: Cute Pieces Under €20

I found so many amazing deals and unbelievably affordable clothing pieces in my last episode of Weekly Sales that I was completely inspired to go and compile a post with sale items under €20!

I made it my mission to not just search for the most affordable items, but to choose things that were marked down so incredibly, that I sometimes had to take a double take at the price haha!

Me, personally, I am always in the market for cute bargains - what about you?

I could not believe that this Knotted dress by JDY was only €11.99! I think it's super adorable and could be dressed up or down and paired with so many different outfits.

Checked blazers are all the rage right now and I found so many cute version in the online shops! This one by Karierter blazer Parisian €18.99 for only €18.99 has to be the best deal. I love how it looks with the sleeves scrunched up!

I thought these Striped Slippers by Stradivarius looked very unique and unlike anything else I own. I also saw some really similar designer version of these last summer, so for €16.49, these are a steal!

Everyone needs a pair of nude strappy heels in their shoe-drobe! This pair by Public Desire is an amazing choice for €13.99.

H&M has to be the one that takes the crown for the best deals, because for some reason unknown to mankind these following two pieces are only €2.99 each:

Isn't this little Topshop corduroy dress super adorable??! I think it's just the perfect color, length and I love the button detail! €20.00 is also a super bargain for Topshop quality!

PrettyLittleThing had soooo many items in the sale right now and I think you can find some incredibly cute stuff on there! Like this Denim Skirt, reduced to €11.20.

Which item is your favorite? And what are great bargains that you scored lately? Let me know! :)

How To Wear Mini Skirts In Winter

I have been absolutely obsessed with this exact H&M mini skirt ever since I saw it on Jean from Extra Petite in a few of her recent posts.

Now, I am not a big skirt or dress person to begin with - I live in my denim all year around - but I got really inspired by this clothing piece to try out some outfits that are a bit more girly than I would usually wear. And I also wanted to challenge myself a little bit more to make a mini skirt winter appropriate, which is absolutely necessary with the freeeezing temperatures over here in Germany right now!

One of my favorite ways to style a skirt is with a turtleneck tucked into it. I love the balance that it gives to the look, as your top is covered up all the way, whereas you are showing a little leg on the bottom (though I would ABSOLUTELY wear the thickest thermal leggings or tights I can find with this outfit right now!).
I also imagine this skirt looking absolutely adorable with a nude chunky knit!

I think a mini skirt with tights looks good with a wide variety of boots, however I would always opt for a heeled version, as it elongates your legs and gives the outfit a more sophisticated and put together vibe. With an oversized sweater I would without a doubt choose my OTK boots to go with the look, however, with a tighter turtleneck I would go with simple black ankle booties.

For accessories, I chose a layered gold necklace to break up the plain black fabric of the top and the Chloé Faye bag. I do not own this bag - which does not keep me from drooling over it! - but in my opinion, the Faye is the PERFECT winter bag haha! Am I the only one here?

Throw over your most snuggly, oversized teddy coat in a camel color and you are good to go - taking on the frigid temperatures in style!

So what do you think? Do you like the way I imagined to style the H&M skirt? How would you wear it?

Thank you so very much for stopping by!

9 Dreamy Boots To Add To Your Wardrobe

Happy sunday everyone!

As I am typing this I am snuggled up on the sofa with one of my best friends, eating Ben&Jerrys and watching some TV. We wanted to start watching a new show together but did not quite know which one to watch - so we decided to re-visit Revenge, which we both had started years ago, but never finished! Do you know this TV show? It is soooo good, very fast paced, a lot of unexpected turns and the main character is the ultimate girl boss! 100% recommend you go and check it out!

Anyway, I am also simultaneously browsing my fav online retailers (as I always do) because I am currently in the market for some new ankle boots. I found these gorgeous tan ones by ASOS Design, that you can see in the picture below and ordered them immediately!
However, there are so many good boots out there right now, that I really wanted to share my top selection.

Here it is, I hope you like!

Middle row: ASOS Design, Gestuz, ASOS Design

Which one is your favorite?? As I said, I ordered the tan ankle booties, but I am also obsessed with the white boots by Raid and how cool are the Lamoda ones with the zipper detail in the back?

Thanks for stopping by and have an awesome start to the week!

Let's get right into it, I am way too excited to share these pieces!

Ok, you have to get this, before it's too late!! Not on-season at all, but I had to share this super sale find right at the beginning, because it is just.that.good: This super cute polka dotted cut-out dress is only €16!!

Boohoo has an up to 70% sale going on right now - I bet I don't need to tell you, I went a bit crazy, right? Here are some things that went into my cart immediately:

I loved the unique color of this cardigan and it was reduced 50%!

This parka looks so cool with that faux fur lining! It's also reduced 50% making it only €60!

Missguided is having a 20% off sale on shoes with the code SHOELOVE - yaaay!
I loved these black shiny leather boots, isn't the lace detail amazing? So unique! And the code only makes them only €35 - winnerrr!

They also have an insane selection of sexy, strappy high heels included in this sale! Some favorites: these nude basics, these metallic silver babys and this barely there snake print pair.

This weekly sales hunting went really great for me, because here is the next insane bargain:
These Topshop velvet pants are reduced to €20!! What?! Sizes are going really really quick, but there are still a few left!

This coat also looks super expensive and is 50% and this faux fur coat is only €40, which is an amazing deal for a Topshop coat!

I've been wanting a pair of light wash straight leg jeans this whole season to wear with my ankle boots and I found this one in the H&M sale for only €25!

And to top it all off, I am leaving you with another banger: this Zara leopard print body is only €9.99 *orders one for the best friend, the boyfriends sister, all of the colleagues and that lovely lady that works at the bakery down the road*

Pinspiration: Gallery Wall Inspo For Your Home

When I first moved into my new apartment about half a year ago, I posted this blogpost saying how excited I was to start decorating this place AND to finally create a gallery wall - a project I have put off for a couple of moves haha.
Guess what.
I still have not created a gallery wall.

And tonight is one of those nights where I am actually kicking myself for that. I don't know what it is, if I do not start with a certain project as soon as I decide to do it, I just keep putting it off. Anyone else this way haha?

Anyway, what I DID do is create a board on my Pinterest account with a few inspirations that hopefully will get my creative spirits going and give me the final push to start with my very own gallery wall.

Here is the inspiration that I am leaning towards, as you can see, still quite different vibes.
What do you think?

Which one is your favorite design?
I personally quite like the ones that have a certain color running through them like a theme, but I have to say, I do find black and white prints only very appealing as well! And how about that gallery wall with just iconic famous personalities, how cool as that?! I also reeeaally love the idea a gallery wall made out of pictures not hanging on the wall, but leaning against it on bookshelves - adds more of a unique touch!

Thank you so very much for stopping by!

My Want To Read List

I adore reading books, particularly traditional, hard-cover books and with the weather being so gloomy and rainy here in Germany right now my favorite thing to do to wind down after a long day is to snuggle up on my sofa and read.

If you are a bookworm just like me, you are looking for inspiration on what to put on your reading list next everywhere! I love to pull recommendations from bloggers that like to read and have a category of saved blogposts on Bloglovin' for those (I particularly love SouthernCurlsandPearls, BrightonTheDay & Somwhere, Lately for the best book recommendations!) and I keep a list on my phone of books that friends tell me to check out.

And that is exactly how this blogpost came to life! I wanted to create my very own Want To Read List and share it here, to maybe inspire some fellow book lovers out there.

Hope you enjoy!

Books in order:

Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan
How To Win Friends And Influence People by Dale Carnegie
The Signs by Carolyn Faulkner
The Search by Charlotte Link
The Idea Of You by Robinne Lee
When Life Gives You Lululemons by Lauren Weisberger

Brief Answers To The Big Questions by Stephen Hawking
Becoming by Michelle Obama

Have you read any of these? What is on your reading list currently? Don't forget to leave me your recommendations in the comments below! :)

Thanks for reading!

Currently On My Shoppinglist

Hello everyone!

Wow, it feels like I haven't posted on here for ages - studying for my last exams at Uni is starting to really take a toll on me!

Anways, the other day I decided to distract myself from my library misery by doing some online shopping (as you do) and started to browse the New In sections of my favorite online retailers.

I wanted to quickly share my finds here! I know this edit seems a little bit random - because it is haha. So, after Christmas, I am basically done with Winter and am currently already dreaming about milder Spring days and the outfits I would style - all while basically freezing to death whenever I step outside and heaving to wear pretty much my whole wardrobe to stay kind of warm.

Well, this lead to my On My Shoppinglist selection to be a wild mixture of chunky knits, booties and flowy dresses and skirts. I hope you enjoy!

Top row: NA-KD, Topshop, ASOS
Middle row: Topshop, ASOS, Mango

A few words on some of my absolute favorite items:

Topshop Utility Dress: I saw Suzie from Hello October feature this on her Twitter the other day and immediately fell in love! Ordered it right there and then and can not wait to find a way to style it even for Winter!

Topshop Zebra Print Sweater: This sweater was another recommendation from one of my fav content creaters Samantha Maria. I have a feeling this one will be flying off the shelves - so cool and unique!

ASOS Design Midi Skirt: I am completely obsessed with the color and the summery feel of this midi skirt! Think pairing it with a simple white tee and some tan sandals - LOVE!

NA-KD Gold Earrings: I have the perrrrfect occasion to wear these coming up at the end of the months, so in my shopping cart they went!

Which of these items is your favorite?

Top 5 Winter Scents You Have To Check Out!

All the way back in August I did a post on my Top 5 Summer Fragrances (wow that feels like aaaages ago haha!) and you guys really liked my recommendations!

I am a true perfume fanatic and I do enjoy matching my scents to the current season - which is why I wanted to do a second round of my Top 5 Fragrances: Winter Edition. I go for very sweet and fresh in the summer yet my winter favorites include slightly more heavier and sophisticated scents to really fit the cozier and gloomier days of this season.

So here goes my list, I hope you love it!

I believe the original version of this perfume was released last winter, however they did come out with an updated and - as the name suggests - more intense version, the Tiffany & Co. Intense.
It contains a composition of Iris notes like the original release yet it updates the scent with amber and vanilla - warmer, sexier and perfect for winter, yes please!

Mugler - Alien  -  €95.00/ 60ml
This scent is definitely an oldie but an oh, so goldie! I have been wearing this for years and years no matter what season and especially for going out yet I feel like during winter time, this scent gives such a great edge to a day to day outfit!
If I had to describe this perfume in one word it would be sexy. Strong notes of Amber and Cashmeran mix with a slightly floral scent - so unique. It is unbelievable long lasting, especially on clothes and the bottle is re-fillable as well!

Yves Saint Laurant - Black Opium - €54.99/ 50ml
Another classic! This perfume caused a craze when it was released about two years ago and for good reason so! I was not able for the life of me to figure out how to describe this fragrance, but when I researched the notes, it all made sense: coffee beans (yes, you read that right!), Jasmin and Orange Blossom - what a combination! This perfume is unlike anything I've smelled before and definitely one of my winter go-to's especially if I want to feel particularly powerful that day.

Georgio Armani - Sì Passione - €72.99
Georgio Armani Sì is a staple fragrance for countless women out there and they re-launched this cult favorite in a stronger, more intense version. It expands the signature Sì note of Black Currant by deep rose elements and a composition of dark, floral notes. I looove rose scents in the winter time, as they smell floral, but not girly. I actually do not own this one, but tried it at the store already and fell in love!

Jo Malone - Black Cedarwood & Juniper - €53.99/ 30ml
I feel like no winter fragrance list would be complete without a Jo Malone perfume, am I right? The perfect packaging, the luxurious shopping experience and those dreamy scents all fit this cozy season so well! Everytime I am at a store I have to go wild and try out a few of the scents and I think Black Cedarwood & Juniper is my fav for the winter. It smeels homey, cozy and smooth and I just love the combination of those notes!

Which one is your perfume of choice for this winter season?
Leave it in the comments below, I love to find new scent recommendations!
